Butter Chicken Spice Kit

Just add:

• 600-800g chicken (thigh or breast) cut into chunks
• 3 tablespoons (100g) plain yoghurt
• 100g butter OR ghee
• 200ml water
• 1 tablespoon (15g) sugar
• 1 tin (400g) of chopped tomatoes
• 200ml single cream

No base gravy or any other spices needed.
